Concept Proposal Information
The Samueli Institute uses a Concept Proposal process to screen research projects to determine if the concept is of potential interest to the Institute. This process involves submission of a short Concept Proposal form, which asks the investigator to summarize his or her proposal without the burden of preparing a full application.
Matthew Fritts, M.P.H. is responsible for coordinating the submission and review of concept proposals. If you have questions about the concept proposal form or process, please contact him at mfritts@siib.org or 703-299-4810.
